I offer body positive personal training packages for women living in the Bay Area who want to be the strongest versions of themselves.


My Philosophy

Our bodies were designed to move, and to keep them sedentary is to keep them from expressing their full potential. When we engage in physical activity, a cascade of feel good endorphins are released, our stress levels decrease, and our self efficacy tends to skyrocket. Through artfully crafted, individualized strength training programs, we will move fitness from the “chore” category to an opportunity to achieve goals you never thought possible.

I aim to educate my clients about program design, proper form, gym etiquette, recovery, and more so they can walk into any gym in the world and confidently put together their own workout that makes them feel alive. Whatever your body goals are, I’m here to support you.

I previously worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at BASE in Bangkok, Thailand for two years where I trained expats, local Thais and Thai celebrities.

When I moved to San Francisco, I had the pleasure of going through the DIAKADI personal training internship where I worked one-on-one with the founder to fine-tune my training and assessments.

I have been a mentee of Noah Gabriel-Landis, founder of Priority:Strength, where we have worked together on all things strength training and program design.

I now train clients out of DIAKADI, San Francisco’s leading personal training facility. DIAKADI is a fitness junkie’s dream come true with 14,000 sq ft full of top-of-the-line equipment and training tools located in the heart of the city.
